Just like high schools, colleges vary in the academic calendar they follow.
At the end of the first trimester, your baby is already called a fetus and looks like a little human. As the baby grows and puts more pressure on your internal organs, you may find you have difficulty breathing and have to urinate more frequently. During the first trimester, not having your period is the first sign of pregnancy you'll likely notice during your first trimester.
